  1. The artwork is mine. All paintings, photographs, pictures and texts on this site are © Hector Elias Samlut. All rights reserved.
  2. What you may do. Look, enjoy, and share a link to any page.
  3. What you may not do without my written permission. Copy, download for reuse, print for sale, edit, or publish any picture or text; use them to train or test any artificial intelligence system; collect them with automated tools.
  4. Inquiries are not purchases. Nothing is sold through this site. Sending an inquiry does not create a contract or reserve a piece. Any sale is agreed separately, directly with me.
  5. Pictures on a screen. Colors and details can look different on your screen than in the real piece. Titles, descriptions, sizes and availability may change or contain mistakes.
  6. Fair use of the site. Do not misuse the forms, try to break into the site, or disturb it for others.
  7. Links. The site links to Facebook, Instagram and ArtPal. I am not responsible for other sites.
  8. No guarantees. The site is provided "as is". I do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.
  9. Limit of responsibility. As far as the law allows, I am not responsible for losses that come from using this site.
  10. Law. These terms follow the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes belong before the courts located in Florida.
  11. Changes. I may update these terms; the new version and its date appear on this page.
